Me and my boyfriend had an amazing time here, I always get anxious booking a stay at a hotel we’ve never been to, but the Cleopatra didn’t disappoint. The staff were so friendly and very patient listening to me speak broken Spanish to them all week. Location was perfect and the pool was so good, it was busy without being crowded and sometimes we had the pool to ourselves! If you go, make sure you visit pub and bar ‘Cheers’ across the road! Drinks are fantastic and the owner Johnathon really made our holiday better.

the room was spotless with balcony overlooking the pool.The food in the restaurant was buffet with wide range of dishes. The restaurant staff were helpful and a pleasure to speak to. The staff throughout the hotel could not do enough and when we asked for a table on our balcony it was there immediately. During this stressful covid time the safety of guests was exceptional with hand sanitizers on entering the restaurant given by the girl at the door and sanitizers throughout the hotel making one feel safe.nothing

everything was amazing , amazing staff really helpful especially the blonde lady on reception didn’t quite catch her name but she was so polite and so helpful. pool area is amazing and nice and quite we even had the pools to ourselves quite a lot of our stay I will definitely be coming back. Room was super clean very spacious, and loved the jacuzzi bath

Miguel the night porter always had a smile on his face and was very helpful The location is great, close to the beach but not too close too the busy centre, it’s only 5 minute walk away. The sauna, jacuzzi and steam room were a nice bonus
